Manama, Bahrain: Strategic Partnership for Economic Growth

Edamah, the real estate arm of Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company, has formed a strategic partnership with Ali & Mohammed Yateem Bros Company to develop a mixed-use investment project in Arad, Muharraq Governorate.

The partnership is valued at over BHD 5 million and aims to promote economic growth and build partnerships with the private sector.

Edamah won the project bid through a public auction organized by the Government Land Investment Platform through the Tender Board.

The project will feature 52 commercial units, restaurants, medical clinics, and retail outlets, along with a fuel station and other support services.

The total commercial built-up area is 4,500 square meters, of which 4,120 square meters will be leasable.

The project aims to enhance quality of life for citizens and residents, providing a unique blend of commercial and residential facilities.

Edamah's CEO, Khalid Abdulrahman Al-Majid, described the project as a "powerful catalyst for economic growth".

The partnership is expected to benefit both Edamah and Ali & Mohammed Yateem Bros Company, maximizing their financial returns.

The project will be developed and operated by Edamah, with Ali & Mohammed Yateem Bros Company providing expertise and support.

The development of the project is expected to contribute to the growth of Bahrain's economy and improve the quality of life for its citizens and residents.
